There’s plenty of inspiration out there! You can find something to inspire you pretty much anywhere.
My go-to for inspiration is Pinterest. I find a lot of beautiful cards here, and from the very beginning of my artistic journey I’ve enjoyed imagining how to re-create these cards using the products I have on hand.
There are millions of crafting Blogs as well. (Okay, maybe only hundreds or thousands, but you get the idea.) Many Stampin’ Up! demonstrators have their own blogs. Some of my favorites are:
Stamp with Brian, by Brian King: stampwithbrian.com
Stampin Dolce, by Krista Frattin: stampindolce.com
Pootles, by Sam Donald: pootles.co.uk
Capture the Moment, by Nichole Heady: http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/capture_the_moment/
Paper, Scissors, and Superheroes, by Betsy Veldman: http://scrapbookgirl.typepad.com/paper_scissors_and_superh/
Stampin’ Up! offers a product called Color Coach which shows great combinations of the many colors of cardstock. Check it out here: http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/SearchResults.aspx
Another website that showcases color inspiration (2-4 new combos per day) is Design Seeds. This site also has a tool where you can search inspiration by season, or theme, AND you can find other color schemes based on a single favorite color. Plus, the photography is beautiful!
